This machine is specially designed to cool pancakes, and position them in a flowpacker.

Each row has 6 pancakes. They are placed on a tray, and moved into the cooler. They stay in this cooler for 20 minutes. After that the pancakes are picked up by the pick and place unit. This unit brings them on the pitch of the flowpacker, and drops them in exactly. This machine is developed together with VanderZanden Bakery engineering.
