Domas Systems has made a machine for dosing 54 small pieces of dough, almost each second, on a baking tray.

The machine has 54 seperate dosing cilinders. The pistons are driven by a servo drive. A special dough feeding system with rolls is available. After the dough is dosed, there is a special system to cut off the dough.
