A machine is built for Dreumex – Oss. This machine will be used to fill and close 13(!!!) different bottles with liquid product (35 bottles a minute).

The empty bottles can be placed at a rotating table which will feed the bottles into the machine. 8 bottles will be placed under the dosing heads, and the heads will move to the bottom of the bottle. From there the filling is started. During the filling the dosing heads will follow the liquid-level. After the filling the bottles are moved to a new conveyor belt, and moved to the screw capper. When the bottle is closed it will be labelled, and put on a rotating buffer table.
