We are proud to announce the successful completion of our innovative Rosin Crusher! This advanced machine was specifically designed and built for a customer in Dahej, India, with the goal of more efficiently processing hardened gum rosin.

The Rosin Crusher is a unique solution that grinds the rosin into fine particles, allowing it to melt more quickly and be used for the production of paints, coatings, and adhesives. Thanks to this innovative process, our customer is now able to work more efficiently and optimize their production line.

The machine has now been successfully commissioned and is operating to the customer’s full satisfaction. This project is a great example of how we provide tailored solutions that perfectly meet the specific needs of our clients, no matter where they are in the world.

Barcelona – Last week we have commissioned two press-out units at Sun Chemical in Barcelona, Spain.

Sun Chemical, a worldwide operating company in chemical industry. Till this year they had only in their plant in Zaandam, the Netherlands, press-out units from Domas Systems. Because of expansion of their activities in their Barcelona plant, we get the order for two new press-out devices for feeding tree roll mills. This project was very special for us, these press-outs were designed for very big vessels, 1.300mm, the biggest pres-outs we ever made.

For our client Jos Poell B.V. from Weert, The Netherlands, we’ve developed and build a 36-way toast slicing machine. The machine cuts thin slices of bread from pre-baked baguettes which are then baked-off in an oven. Toast with a thickness of 9 mm, 7 mm and 4 mm can be processed.

At the end of December the entire project was completed in the factory of Domas Systems. In January the machine will be commissioned at the clients production area in Weert.
