Our client THERMOTEX Nagel GmbH has ordered us to start up a new series of Thermo-Ident machines. New in this assignment is the Ident-2. The Ident-2 is basically the same as the Ident-1 with the difference that the machine is suitable for double tapewidth.

In cooperation with Rolan Robotics, Domas has developed an ultrasonic cutting robot, for a bakery called Banket Partners. The high vibration with small amplitude allows the knife to cut smoothly through all types of cakes with different constellation. Both round cakes as long square bakery products can be sliced​​, all with the same knife in various forms. The installation has been successfully put into use. In October we have delivered 4 Cheese Cutting-and-turning machines to our customer Vandersterre Groep Packaging bv. With these machines they realize a large logistics improvement. One can put the entire cheese simple and flat on a conveyor input, then the machine automatically centers the cheese, cuts, turns and enter in the slicer.

Of course, the machines are made ​​entirely out of stainless steel and the design is according to the latest standards for hygienic design.
